This course is structured around the fictional case study involving Lucy, Caelan, and their co-workers. Through their story, you will gain a deeper understanding of why SEAH guidelines are needed, and see how the concepts, definitions, and procedures presented are applied in SEAH investigations.

This training is designed for anyone wishing to gain a better understanding of Sexual Exploitation Abuse and Harassment (SEAH) investigations and how they are conducted. It is relevant for staff in any position and at any level, either new to or experienced in humanitarian and development work. This course completes Tier 1 of a four-tiered training scheme that builds professional skills in SEAH investigations and establishes a professional standard and career progression for investigators.
